Baraka Read is a luxury real estate development situated in Izinga, Umhlanga KZN. The estate offers triple story
residences, each with its own elevator and the very best in finishes.
We used the triple story
architecture and elevator product offering to create a simple ‘cufflink’ icon that represents the opulence of
the triple story / elevator offering. By using emotive imagery and messaging in conjunction with the product
offering, we created an exclusive brand sense aimed directly at the target market.
We translated the
logo into a visual and brand identity, website and marketing collateral.
